About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads within the enterprise market for your Account Executive partner. You will identify potential new customers and manage outbound campaigns to start the conversation. The SDR role is a great starting point for your B2B sales career and lays a foundation for your professional and personal development - show us high performance and embrace our guiding principles and we’ll open up the potential for new challenges and career advancement within the organization.

Your mission

Outbound Lead Generation

Proactively engage new clients and grow the sales pipeline. Develop and execute strategies for outbound lead generation. Research, identify and actively approach (outbound phone calls, emailing, social selling) new potential customers. Aim to achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics.

Customer Relationship Building

Leveraging our sales tools to network with potential customers and establish an active dialogue with decision-makers of our target customers. Gain business knowledge through researching about the pain points and challenges of your target customers.

Process Improvement

No one has as much customer contact as the SDR - utilize those insights, be creative and think of new ways to improve the outbound prospecting process. Share and discuss those within the SDR- and Sales Management Team. Constantly keep up to speed with learning about our product and our target market.

You can create trust and enthusiasm with potential customers through your positive, energetic, and creative way
You identify yourself as an active listener who communicates purposefully and empathically
Approaching new people and handling unexpected questions is no hurdle for you
You embrace a start-up mentality as a resourceful self-starter with a clear bias for action and results
You have a mindset of continuous improvement, both on a personal level as well as with regard to operational processes
You are good at finding ways to motivate yourself and others and able to handle objections and rejections
Experience in Sales or a client engaging environment (e.g. call center, event management) is a plus, but no must-have
You are an excellent communicator with a strong command of English in written and verbal
You are located somewhere in the UK
