Job Title:Operations (Sales) Manager

Location:Manchester

Reporting to:Head of Sales

Salary Package/benefits:£40K to £50K (Depending on experience)

Commission (OTE £70K)

Pension Scheme – Following a qualifying period of 3 month’s continuous employment.

The role

As Sales & Operation Manager, you’ll lead on the delivery of effective sales operations to drive growth and profitability within the business. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the COO and Business Leaders to scale best practise across the business and make data driven recommendations to define the sales strategy.

The role requires more than the monitoring of sales KPI’s. We need someone that can think strategically and execute programmatically. You’ll identify gaps and opportunities and deliver the resources, tools, and training that the team needs to sell successfully. You’re able to build relationships and bring together all resources and stakeholders to ensure that performance in optimised.

What you'll be getting up to

Work collaboratively with the Sales leadership team to help to shape and implement the broader sales strategy. Identifying, guiding, and advising on the effective solutions needed to achieve our strategic goals.
Improve efficiencies and generate revenue growth that is undeniably improved due to sales operations activity.

Assists sales management in understanding successes and challenges on key channels, identifying process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to implement improvements.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and work to ensure all short-term and long-term sales objectives are delivered effectively.

Drive value and innovation through our service offering to retain competitive advantage and delight our customers.

Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sale process and delivery efforts.
Coordinate sales reporting, planning and pipeline forecasting to ensure objectives are achieved. Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales.
Coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the group to achieve sales and performance.

You’re an experienced sales/operational leader and contributor with significant experience of growing revenue and profitability in companies across B2B sectors.

Customer centric, with experience of delivering positive solutions through data analysis and market insights.

Willing to travel to Corby on an ad hoc basis.
