More about the team :

The Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst will join our Revenue Operations team, whose objective is to lead improvement projects in our sales and marketing processes in our various geographies, US, France, Europe and Japan. In this critical role, you will report to the Sales Operations Manager, based in Paris, and work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and the VP Marketing based in Portland, USA. You will also have a high level of exposure to the rest of the executive and sales management team.

Your role :

You will drive the transformation projects led by the Revenue Operations team. This simply means you will define and conduct implementation of new sales & marketing processes. Your role will be key in putting in place Marketing ROI analysis. Examples of potential assignments:

Data analysis :

Run data analysis to analyze marketing performance/ROI and help decision making
Perform analysis of current sales processes and roll-out new processes
Perform analysis of current incentives model and roll-out a new incentive schemes for sales bonus
Spot any areas where we could improve in Sales & Marketing to generate more revenues or improve our operational efficiency

Project management :

Spend time with marketing teams in France and in the US to collect feedback to improve marketing efficiency
Spend time with sales teams in France and in the US to collect feedback to improve sales efficiency
Manage implementation of new tools supporting sales and marketing teams

Your skills :

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
You are ambitious and want to take part in one of the best success stories Cybersecurity in Europe
You have a good knowledge of one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker…) or you are very familiar with SQL
You have very good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
You are fluent in English; fluent in French or Hebrew is also a plus
Consulting experience or previous experience in Sales Operations is a plus
You have a high motivation, strong listening and communication skills, proactive leadership on projects ,ability to operate in a fast paced environment
