Due to our growth and rapid international expansion plans, we are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for our Merrimack, New Hampshire branch. This opportunity is to be an initial member of a growing sales team and office with highly ambitious expansion plans. This is an in-office role reporting directly to the General Manager, North America.

The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are to:

· Lead generation and cold-calling prospective customers

· Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

· Perform business generation activities in conjunction with the Outside Sales team

· Provide sales administration support to Outside Sales

· Prepare and process sales quotations

· Utilize the company’s CRM and the ERP systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

· Other sales, administrative, and special projects as needed

The essential requirements for this position are listed below:

· Experience in sales, customer service, manufacturing, operations, technical products, or related experience: 2-3 years required

· Business software knowledge and experience, including MS Office, ERP and CRM (SAP and Salesforce experience preferred)

· Highly organized and disciplined approach to daily tasks

· Willing to interact and communicate with an international team (Spanish speaking a plus - courses offered)

· Highly developed communication skills – internally and externally

· Willing to train and develop the right candidate whose skills and ambition fit the current growth plan

· Flexibility

· Authorized to work in the U.S (Permanent residents and US citizens)
