Venauri is a Space Exploration Technology Company developing modular EVA suits and next-generation reusable spacecraft — starting with a sci-fi–inspired shuttle and scaling toward a luxury lunar-capable 12-person craft. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a finance leader who shares our passion for space exploration. We are seeking a founding-stage CFO (Treasurer) to join our leadership team, design financial systems from scratch, and lead our fundraising and capital strategy.

Responsibilities

Establish financial systems, banking, and compliance frameworks from the ground up.
Lead funding efforts (venture capital, crowdfunding, partnerships, grants).
Build and maintain financial models for our suit and spacecraft programs.
Partner with the CEO/Chairman on growth, capital allocation, and risk strategy.
Represent the company in financial discussions with investors and partners.

You Bring

6+ Years Experience as a CFO, Treasurer, or senior finance executive in startups or high-growth companies (aerospace/defense/venture-backed preferred).
Proven ability to raise funds, structure deals, and manage investor relations.
Track record of building financial systems that scale.
Passion for space exploration, advanced technology, and long-term vision.

Compensation

As a founding executive role, compensation begins as:

Equity participation + deferred salary until external funding is secured.
Once funded, transition to a competitive six-figure salary (expected $175,000–$300,000 depending on experience) plus performance-based bonuses tied to successful fundraising milestones.
Long-term equity incentives reflecting your role as a core architect of the company’s future.
