Ventree Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a general distributor that imports household goods and cosmetics from Korea and distributes them through both online and offline channels in Singapore. We are looking for a bright and positive-minded individual to join our team.

DESIGNATION : [Ventree Singapore] Business Operations Assistant (Korean-Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling import-related tasks
Purchasing communication with Korean suppliers
Sales support
Internal operations (inventory entry, product labeling checks, assisting with shipments, payment verification)
Monthly financial reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Must be eligible for a work pass (Diploma or higher education equivalent)

Language: Proficient in Korean and able to communicate in English (Chinese is a plus)

Skills: Basic MS Office proficiency

Visa: PR (preferred) holder or applicants who are eligible for Work Permit issuance

OTHER INFORMATION

5 days a week with alternate Saturday shifts (9:00am - 12:00pm)

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
