Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a leading Telecoms business, based in West-London, who are seeking to recruit a Sales Operations Executive on a 3-6 month contract.

Fully remote working

£250-350 per day

Part time hours – 3- 4 days a week

Key Responsibilities include:

· In-depth analysis of sales figures and take actions from your findings.

· Establish a strategic sales and operational plan that enables sustainable, profitable growth.

· Maximise margin opportunities

· Develop sales via online channels

· Set targets for your team in line with sales strategy

· Motivate your team to attain set goals and targets.

Key Skills/Experience:

Highly proficient in Salesforce
Able to support and challenge team members
Strong attention to detail with financial information
Proficient with Dashboards in MS Excel
Commercially sound
