Verinext is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Duluth, GA. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will partner directly with our Account Executives and their customers to provide support throughout the entire sales lifecycle, including pre-sales and post-sales activities. This is a hybrid role that requires 3-4 days onsite in the office.

Essential Functions

35% Generate Sales Quotes: Ensure relevant paperwork is in place for sales order processing and prepare accounting packages for customer billing
25% Salesforce Administration & Sales Order Entries: Maintain CRM system to ensure customer information, existing opportunities, and purchase order (PO) information is up-to-date, enter sales orders and purchase orders, and verify accurate pricing, assets, and tracking information
15% Vendor Registrations: Maintain existing registrations, vendor follow-up, administer pricing process
10% Partner Programs: Create and manage all new registrations through Verinext's Partner Programs
15% Miscellaneous: Troubleshooting, RMA administration and follow up, cloud sales, leasing, ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

1-3 years administrative sales support experience
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Outlook) and familiarity or experience working with applications such as Salesforce, CPQ, and Vendor Portals
Outstanding time management and organization skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across remote and in-house teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong aptitude to cultivate relationships with sales teams and vendor partners
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to change
Associates Degree (AS) in a technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience
