Summary of Position:
Verisma is seeking a proactive and data-driven Sales Operations Manager to support the growing needs of our high-performing Sales organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, this individual will serve as a key business partner and proof point - driving efficiency, visibility, and insights across the sales function. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or sales operations, with a passion for data mining, process improvement, and Salesforce workflow management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the sales organization runs smoothly and strategically - supporting reps in the field, streamlining systems, and arming senior leadership with actionable insights and presentation materials.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Sales—owning reporting, data analytics, and the dayto-day mechanics of the sales organization
Manage and optimize Salesforce to support sales workflows, territory structures, and opportunity tracking
Support sales reps and leaders in using Salesforce effectively - troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and implementing enhancements
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in execution
Prepare dashboards, slides, and detailed reports to support board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic planning
Own the logistics of the sales organization including territory assignments, sales structure documentation, and archiving of key materials
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Client Success, Legal, Product and other teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives both new logo and existing clients.
Collaborate and prioritize the development of sales enablement tools, resources, and onboarding content
Support special projects related to sales strategy, account planning, and business development initiatives
Perform other duties, as assigned, to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred
4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or a similar function within a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce management - admin-level knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Comfortable working cross-functionally and interacting with senior leadership, sales reps, and clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Willingness to travel up to 20%
