The existing in-home care process involves patchwork of different vendors, all connected through faxes by nurses. We’re building modern, robust software that solves this challenge. This is a remote-friendly role, but we do have a preference for candidates who can work out of our NYC (Flatiron) office. This position scales based on experience.

As the Revenue Operations Lead at Verse Medical, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue-generating processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead initiatives focused on growth, scalability and predictability in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.

- Establishing and maintaining accurate, actionable metrics across all aspects of our sales process, ensuring reliability for decision-making.

- Partner with sales lead to develop core go-to-market processes including sales forecasting, territory management, and personnel decisions.

- Creating scalable processes and infrastructure to support aggressive sales footprint growth.

- Analyzing and adapting revenue operations to suit our usage-driven model, ensuring alignment with our unique business approach in the healthcare technology sector.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and revenue operations, with a track record of implementing scalable processes and systems.

- Have proven experience in project management, reporting and data analysis.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, comfortable getting into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective.

- Experience in a usage-driven model or a highly analytical mindset to adapt and strategize effectively in such an environment.

- Prior experience in healthcare technology or similar sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.

Benefits:

- Salary Pay Range of $120,000 - $160,000. This pay range is provided for candidates based in New York City. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
