Role Summary

The CFO will be responsible for leading financial planning, overseeing operations, managing regulatory compliance, and guiding long-term business strategy. This is a key leadership position requiring depth, discipline, and decision-making ability.

Key Requirements

. Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

. Minimum 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector

. Strong understanding of finance, banking, and accounting operations

. Proven leadership and team management skills

. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

. Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting and audits

. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

. Manage banking relationships and financial institutions

. Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk controls

. Support business decisions through financial insight

. Prepare and present financial statements and MIS reports

. Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives

. Lead, guide, and develop the finance team
