Role Responsibilities

Lead the integration process of SAP CPQ solutions for various clients.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and customize integration strategies.
Design and document integration architectures to ensure seamless workflows.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement integration solutions effectively.
Conduct training sessions for client teams on SAP CPQ usage and best practices.
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.
Oversee project timelines and ensure delivery within specified deadlines.
Monitor system performance post-integration and provide ongoing support.
Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends related to SAP CPQ and integration technologies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients concerning integration initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP CPQ.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems.
Facilitate change management processes to aid client transitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP CPQ integration.
Strong understanding of integration best practices and methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with cloud technologies and APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
Familiarity with documentation tools and practices.
Certification in SAP CPQ is a plus.
Experience in agile project management is preferred.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and workshops.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Knowledge of e-commerce solutions is advantageous.
