Founding GTM & Marketing Associate: Build the Revenue Engine from Zero

📍 Onsite | Bengaluru

🏢 VISCR AI: AI-powered Cybersecurity Automation

🎯 Experience: 1-2 Years

💼 Full-time | Founding Team Access

This is not a content calendar role.

We are building NiKi, an end-2-end AI agentic platform to automate their enterprises transforming how Fortune 500 enterprises, MSSPs, and federal agencies automate their IT, security operations, and govern their Infrastructure. Our sales lead is closing deals. What we do not yet have is the infrastructure behind them, the workflows, the content engine, the pipeline systems, and the brand presence that makes growth repeatable.

That is what you will build.

🎯 What You Will Own

Working directly with the founders, you will architect and operate the entire GTM and marketing function from the ground up:

→ Build and manage outbound pipeline infrastructure, sequences, targeting lists, CRM workflows, so our sales lead walks into every conversation with context and momentum

→ Create content that converts, LinkedIn posts, case studies, blogs, landing pages, email sequences, and sales decks written in the founder’s voice and aimed at CISOs, IT leaders, and MSP decision-makers

→ Establish the VISCR AI brand, across LinkedIn, email, AI-native ecosystems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), and industry communities where our buyers actually spend time

→ Build and automate marketing workflows using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Instantly, reducing manual effort and increasing pipeline velocity

→ Track what matters, CAC, CPL, open rates, reply rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline contribution, and improve against those numbers every week

→ Support webinars, demos, conference campaigns, and partner GTM motions as the company scales

You will not just execute. You will design the system that makes execution repeatable.

🧠 Who You Are

→ 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, or sales development, at a startup, agency, or product company

→ You have written content that actually got read, built sequences that got replies, or managed campaigns that generated qualified meetings. You have numbers to show for it.

→ Comfortable with marketing and sales tools, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Notion, or equivalent

→ Strong writer. You can write in a founder’s voice, a CISO’s language, and a cold email subject line, and you know these are three very different things

→ Obsessed with metrics. You track open rates, reply rates, and pipeline contribution the way others track social media likes

→ Exposure to AI, cybersecurity, DevTools, or enterprise B2B is a strong advantage

→ Builder mentality. You are uncomfortable doing the same thing the same way for too long.

💥 Why This Role Is Different

✅ Direct access to founders from Day 1, (PhD, SRI International, 20+ years cybersecurity and AI) and core AI and cybersecurity team

✅ Real ownership, not a support function, not an agency vendor, not a coordinator

✅ You will build something from zero that generates revenue

✅ Cybersecurity and enterprise AI are the fastest growing categories in tech, you will become fluent in both

✅ Performance upside, bonus tied directly to pipeline metrics

✅ A clear growth path: succeed here and you become the first Marketing Lead as we scale
