About the Role
What you need to know: Who we are looking for:
Vitech is looking for an enthusiastic individual that can join our high-performance, collaborative, and expanding Sales in New York City. The Revenue Operations Analyst will directly report to our Vice President of Sales Operations and will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s sales by creating, evaluating, planning growth strategies, takes ownership of the administration tasks of the sales technical stack, while completing light contract work and CRM (Salesforce) focus and optimizing data set.

Locations:
New York City but open to Remote work.

What you will be doing:

Support day-to-day operations for sales team and implement improvements to the CRM (Salesforce) to maximize productivity and fiscal management.
Define, track and report data on sales performance to design operational sales forecast and ensure accuracy.
Oversee administrative functions such as coordinating, tracking, and maintaining internal deliverables.
Work with internal teams across Sales, Marketing and Delivery and external stakeholders to ensure needs are being met in a timely manner.
Assist in the develop operational measurements to identify business process issues and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges
Partner with members of the sales team at all levels to collect and document business requirements for key initiatives.

What we are looking for:

1+ years of work experience
GPA of 3.0
Critical and analytical approach to problem solving
Attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Financial software, contract and RFP experience a plus, but not required
Initiative-taking and able to work in a team environment
A solid understanding of the sales process
Must possess an eye for business, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
Strong people skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to all levels within the organization
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Always enthusiastic about doing what is right for the business. Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to grow the business.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering or Computer Science.
