About the role

Reporting to the VP Sales, your primary role will be providing broad operational day-to-day support and ownership of our CRM, HubSpot. You will create and manage reports for Account Executives and Sales/ Marketing Managers, as well as monthly reports for Leadership. You will develop and implement new processes to support our sales and marketing departments, that will drive operational efficiencies by ensuring data integrity, providing support for our sales tech stack, develop our sales enablement program and expand our knowledge base for existing and future team members.

Support the sales team using HubSpot with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
Own the tracking and reporting of key metrics including pipeline growth, conversion rates, deal velocity, average deal size and quota attainment.
Partner with sales leadership to create and maintain sales forecasting
Own tracking and reporting of top of funnel metrics and deliver insights to improve the funnel performance.
Assist sales leadership with the customer and prospect segmentation, territory planning, and development of upsell/ cross-sell processes.
Assist sales leadership with annual commission and accelerator planning
Build and manage our sales enablement program and sales portal to support current and future team members.

About you

3-5 years of experience in sales operations with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, training sales new hires, and managing dashboards.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with interdisciplinary teams
Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Significant experience in high-growth SaaS sales operations.
Advanced excel skills with a strong background working with HubSpot, Gong, Salesforce, and sales automation tools (Salesloft, Outreach, etc)

Bonus points for:

Prior experience working in Sales Operations in the Education Technology field
Early to mid-stage SaaS startup experience
Salesforce certification
