We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our sales operations team to bring expertise and the highest levels of quality to our client partnerships.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be required support and maintain customer relationships and encourage further and future business all clients, in addition to the responsibilities listed below.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter, capable of independent action, working remotely, and authorized to work in the United States. Ability to travel (US and internationally), to attend meetings and industry conferences. Percentage of travel expected to be less than 15%. Ability to learn and understand the role of digital clinical outcome measure development in clinical research and the role of Digital Health Technologies and analytics in clinical research is required.

In this role you will:

Responsibilities

Respond to RFIs and RFPs
Develop and negotiate SOWs in partnership with Legal and client teams
Work to close deals through sales funnel through understanding of client needs, sales process, and work agreements (MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, etc.)
Collaborate with Science and Project Management teams on development of SOWs, ensuring scope and pricing is aligned

Skills/Requirements

Pharma/Biotechnology/CRO industry specific selling experience required. (Experience selling software solutions and/or novel technologies to clinical development decision makers)
Familiarity with the clinical buying process with a good understanding of pharmaceutical clinical trials
Full sales cycle experience including responding to RFP's and RFI's, writing proposals, statements of work, and change orders required
4+ years of sales operations experience that includes contracting, SLA and SOW development
Effective planning, organization, and time management
Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales process tools

Salary Range - DOE

$120,000 - $150,000
