Position Overview:

As the Director of Revenue Operations at VuMedi, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue generation processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence. You will lead a team that spans sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success operations, working closely with executive leadership to achieve our revenue goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless cross-functional communication.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Implement and optimize technology solutions, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, to support revenue generation efforts.
Oversee the creation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
Lead the forecasting and reporting process, providing accurate revenue forecasts and performance updates to executive leadership.
Manage and develop a team of operations professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing, and financial reporting processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations to drive innovation and keep the company competitive.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles in the technology or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of successfully optimizing revenue processes and driving operational efficiency.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
