The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Define go-forward suite of reporting to track Capital opportunities, wins, and other ad-hoc metrics for senior leadership
Drill into big data to glean trends through defined key performance indicators
Partner with Marketing to develop customized reporting & analytics to support key business initiatives
Partner with IT to ensure requirements are clearly defined for new business intelligence reporting and future enhancements
Act as subject matter expert for detailed capital performance providing metrics surrounding install base, order tracking, booking & shipment reporting
Lead the adaption of the Capital Sales Process, ensuring sales reps & region leaders input required processes to accurately measure pipeline accuracy within Salesforce.com
Create enhanced CRM pipeline dashboards & reporting to align metrics to defined KPIs
Partner with Demand Planning & Senior Leadership to cascade an accurate pipeline for demand planning purposes
Provide commentary of business trends and results to management; actively call out and address risks and opportunities to management.
Provide periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting in support of executive management.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:

BA in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
4+ years relevant experience.
Advanced analytical skills.
Experience in a multi-currency, international business.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at a time.
Advanced system skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills; ability to present financials to executive management.
Self-motivated, independent worker.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Six-sigma certification a plus
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment within multiple teams and on multiple tasks
PTMN, M2M, ServiceMax, Salesforce.com experience preferred
Experience with ERP or CRM conversion preferred
SAP experience preferred
VBA experience preferred
