Rate: £135 per day

Opportunity overview:

Resource Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist to join Warner Bros, CNN International Sales Operations team. This role will provide exposure to a truly global media company.

Role Objectives:

The Sales Operations team partners with the Advertising Sales team, managing the administration of deals by booking airtime, handling creative requests, providing reports, all whilst providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Ad-Sales, the booking of revenue via their plans, ensuring their accuracy and suitability to air successfully, both within and past deadlines.
Analyse and accurately implement copy instructions and orders for multiple advertisers representing multi-million dollar amounts.
Coordinate with global colleagues (Editorial teams, Transmission, Library, Legal and Ops teams) to ensure revenue is delivered to the clients’ expectations.
Co-ordinate the transfer of commercials between offices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Expertise with Microsoft Office products is essential
Must be detailed-oriented, have excellent organisational skills, and can prioritise and multi-task.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills are a must.
Knowledge of broadcast sales and network processes/systems preferred but not essential.
Commercial copy experience preferred, but not essential.
