Job Description: As an Agency Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in our agency's success. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new policy sales, while also supporting daily operations, managing client relationships, and guiding our team. This position is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional ready to take on a key role with a focus on sales and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Sales: Lead efforts in selling new insurance policies, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Daily Operations: Assist in managing daily agency operations, ensuring service standards are met and processes run efficiently.
Team Support: Provide support and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Client Service: Act as a senior agent for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve client and operational issues effectively to maintain agency performance.
Process Improvement: Help implement and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

Significant experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on sales.
Proven track record in policy sales and client acquisition.
Strong skills in client service, relationship management, and team support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
