We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Digital Marketing & GTM Manager who can develop and execute marketing strategies for our technology services and AI products. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in digital marketing, product or service launches, go-to-market planning, positioning, demand generation, and marketing-led revenue growth.

This role requires someone who can understand business objectives, identify target markets, create compelling value propositions, execute multi-channel campaigns, and work closely with the sales and technology teams to convert market opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for AI products, technology solutions, and digital services.
Identify target industries, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and decision-makers.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify market opportunities.
Define product positioning, messaging, value propositions, pricing inputs, and differentiation.
Build launch plans covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
Identify suitable channels, strategic partnerships, and industry-specific opportunities for market penetration.
Develop GTM strategies for B2B customers, including startups, SMEs, and enterprises.

2. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Generate qualified leads and build a consistent marketing pipeline for technology services and AI products.
Develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers.
Plan webinars, workshops, product demonstrations, case studies, and industry-specific campaigns.
Build launch plans covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
Optimize landing pages, website conversion funnels, and lead-generation campaigns.
Implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates and sales readiness.

3. AI Product Marketing

Develop marketing strategies for AI products, chatbots, voice AI agents, and business automation solutions.
Translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits and customer outcomes.
Create product messaging, solution briefs, pitch decks, website content, demo scripts, and sales enablement materials.
Identify relevant use cases and industry-specific applications for AI solutions.
Coordinate product launches, customer demonstrations, pilot campaigns, and adoption initiatives.
Work with the product and development teams to align marketing with product capabilities and roadmap.

4. Content & Brand Strategy

Develop a content strategy covering LinkedIn, blogs, website pages, email campaigns, videos, and case studies.
Establish thought leadership for the company and its leadership team.
Plan industry-specific content addressing customer challenges, business outcomes, and digital transformation.
Work with design, content, video, and social media teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Build customer success stories, testimonials, and campaign assets that support sales conversion.

5. Sales & Revenue Alignment

Work closely with the sales team to define target accounts, campaign objectives, lead qualification criteria, and follow-up processes.
Develop sales enablement materials, presentations, proposals, and competitive positioning documents.
Establish marketing-qualified lead (MQL) and sales-qualified lead (SQL) definitions.
Track leads from initial engagement through sales qualification and opportunity conversion.
Improve marketing contribution to pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and customer expansion opportunities through marketing initiatives.

6. Analytics & Performance Management

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
Monitor cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, marketing-qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Optimize campaign budgets based on performance and business priorities.
Use data to improve channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, or digital transformation.
Demonstrable experience in planning and executing at least one end-to-end go-to-market initiative for a product, service, or new market.
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Experience in market research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and positioning.
Understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead management workflows.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work with founders, sales leaders, product teams, and technical teams.
A data-driven mindset with a clear focus on business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing AI products, SaaS platforms, automation solutions, or enterprise technology services.
Experience launching new products or entering new industry segments.
Exposure to account-based marketing and enterprise demand generation.
Experience creating GTM playbooks, launch calendars, campaign budgets, and revenue attribution models.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation workflows.
Experience working with international B2B markets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated against agreed targets, including:

Qualified leads generated across priority services and products.
Marketing-qualified leads converted into sales-qualified leads.
Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced sales pipeline.
Campaign ROI and cost per qualified lead.
Website traffic growth and landing-page conversion rates.
GTM launch milestones and time-to-market.
