West Country Water Park is an Outdoor Water Sports Venue with Swimming, Paddle Sports, Aqua Park, Waterskiing and Windsurfing, among other activities! We are based near Bradley Stoke, just outside Bristol, with our office in the main building overlooking our beautiful lake.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a leadership position in this new, green, family-run business. The West Country Water Park is in its second year of business and has seen great success with strong footfall and excellent customer reviews. We are now at a point where we need to focus on selling our products and services year-round to the local community and visitors to the wider Bristol area.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the sales outreaches for all our services and retail activities.

The West Country Waterpark services include:

Aqua Park, 1st April - 31st October
Swimming, year-round
Windsports, year-round
3rd Party expert suppliers like
Cold Water training, yoga, SUP yoga, pilates, various physical therapy providers, triathlon, biathlon and more, year-round

Open-air Cinema, 1st April - 31st October
Hireable office, meeting and venue spaces
And more

The West Country Waterpark retails products via our online e-Commerce platform and onsite shop. Products include:

Paddleboards and accessories
Swimming Wetsuits, Swimcaps, Towfloats, accessories
General use wetsuits
Windsurfing and Waterski hardware
Lifejackets
Kayaks
Gift cards and more

The West Country Water Park is looking for a friendly and approachable individual that is organised and confident, especially with face-to-face sales. They will assist customers with purchasing journeys, order new stock, and maintain the Facebook, Wordpress, Roller and other e-Commerce platforms. You will perform stock management, adjust shop displays, set try-before-you-buy campaigns and assist with other business areas as required.

The right candidate is:

used to working closely with a Marketing team to ensure that targets are met and, where possible, exceeded,
able to build strong outreach campaigns and tweak these to garner maximum return for the effort expended,
constantly looking for the next hot product or service to offer from the West Country Water Park,
always listening to customer feedback and can adapt quickly when good feedback is given,
knows why they do what they do,
a self-starter always looks for ways to improve a display and help customers buy the right product,
enthusiastic in helping the team achieve its goals.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
