Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will focus on Sales Reporting, Price Adjustments, Excess & Obsolete Inventory,
Metrics and Special Projects. Most of the reporting and activities will be due based on
predetermined dates and frequencies.

Elicits, analyzes, validates and presents/distributes various Sales Reports internally.

Elicits, analyzes, validates and presents/distributes company Metrics. The Metrics include
multiple company performance factors which highlight areas of success and also areas for
needed improvement.

Elicits, analyzes, validates and distributes information around Price Adjustments for further
internal administration. This could include the review supplier notifications, analysis of affected
items / customers & reporting thereof, margin review for missed items and potential internal
execution of adjustments. This could also include administration of index-based price changes.

Elicits, analyzes, validates and presents Excess & Obsolete reports to the Sales team. Additional
responsibility could include proposal for disposition - identifying items to sell to other customers,
return to manufacturers, use internally, recycle/scrap or otherwise dispose of.

Elicits, analyzes, validates and presents other reports & documents as termed Special Projects.

Assists in mapping of the above activities to determine areas for improvement in terms of
completeness and/or efficiency. Collaborates with the appropriate team members and resources
to implement agreed upon process enhancements.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems or equivalent work experience.

Three to five years related work experience

Proven experience with business/sales analysis, data elicitation & validation and presentation thereof

Demonstrated prioritization & time management skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs

Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objective

Technology/Equipment:

Ability to operate a variety of office equipment to include but not limited to personal computers, printers, scanners and calculators. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
