About the job: The Enterprise Sales Operations Specialist plays an integral part in the Enterprise Department with a pivotal seat on the Enterprise Sales Team. They are responsible for helping develop and improve the program business process to enable growth. They offer organizational support for the department. The Enterprise Operations Specialist will have a hand in all program business, supporting the Sales, Production and Finance departments with tailored solutions for Whitestone’s largest accounts.

What will I be responsible for?

1. Supporting Enterprise Sales Team in effectively developing program architecture, program management and development which results in winning new contract business.

2. Working with in house and freelance designers, coders and enterprise sales team colleagues to set up, launch and manage and communicate ecommerce programs with our customers

3. Spearheading research and development for the growth and advancement of the Enterprise Department.

4. Managing, documenting, reporting, and following-up on all activity in HubSpot our customer relationship management system.

5. Helping develop sales collateral to win program business, which could include but not limited to demo sites, powerpoint presentations, pitch decks and more.

What will I be doing?

Assisting with program development, management and oversight internally and externally with customers
Collaborating with other departments and business units to drive revenue
Training staff on new technologies, vendors, internal systems and processes within the Enterprise Department
Working with Freelance Coding Agencies and Individuals for UX/UI design on company stores and demo sites for prospective clients.
Updating existing company stores when new needs are identified including but not limited to adding specific user roles, updating products, integrating suppliers through API integrations, assisting the Production Team on inventory moves from one location to another.
Point of contact for high level technical questions regarding Liftoff and Shopify internally and externally with customers
Assisting in Pipeline Management specific to the Enterprise Department
Vendor Service Guide
Clean up the preferred vendors list and include more visually appealing snapshots to compare vendors for items like spec samples and pricing.
Compliance
Establish Whitestone Compliance Standards
Overseas Supplier / Factory List
- Creating International accounts
Create a waiver for our clients for overseas re: factory audits
Common testing
MSA Creation and Editing
Includes additional contractual agreements for clients from NDA’s, DPA’s and more.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years experience in a sales support or sales operations role within marketing, advertising or PR environment
Knowledge and experience with Excel, HTML, CMS packages, CSS Grid, and CSS Custom Properties are required
Previous experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Four51 as well as Adobe’s suite of design tools, and XML are preferred
Experience with JavaScript, JIRA, Chili Publish, Adobe Creative Cloud, Pageflex experience, Zapier, APIs, and low or no-code automation are also preferred
The ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access

Variable Compensation: In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible to participate in Whitestone’s 2023 Company Bonus plan.
