Responsible for the communication and follow-up between Operations, Marketing and Account teams. They will work on setting goals and plans for DSD operations with responsibility to communicate all plans and changes to the sales organization. They are also responsible for ensuring that all regional accounts and distributor programs deliver sustainable and profitable growth for all brands. This role will report to the Senior Director of Accounts.

Responsible to develop joint business plans and set plans to achieve volume objectives with all distributors and regional accounts to identify any new distribution opportunities in the market. Also works with account team in alignment with distributors to deliver 100% execution of all account co-op and programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Planning
- Communication on all net sales, profit and special goals developed by the Director of Operations.
- Work with operations and account teams to ensure that all account plans, S&OP forecasting, and execution expectations are properly communicated.
- Track and monitor sales operations KPIs to ensure all plans are delivered.
- Monitor sales performance weekly and follow up with each regional director.
- Weekly communication to operations and account teams on upcoming programs and expectations.

Profitability
- Review sales data to ensure we are executing all programs from the operations side to deliver the most profitable results possible.
- Review of monthly P&L with the operations team to ensure profitability is maximized.
- Follow up on execution and spend guidelines with regional directors to ensure goals are delivered to maximum levels on top line and bottom line.
- Assisting operation managers with displays, POS and any other tools to drive volume are in place at the right time.
Increase Sales
- Weekly communication recapping upcoming events the next week to be sure all execution parameters are in place.
- Work with operations managers to ensure needed displays for promoted and non-promoted items and warehouse inventories needed to support sales needs.
- Monitor distributor and branch sales and communicate results to responsible managers.
- Ensure all new distributors or routes are set up properly in the internal system.

Manage Branch Development
- Monitor sales, profitability, and service levels within all branch operations.
- Weekly communication with branch managers and branch administrative personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor all customer complaints regarding service in the branch areas and communicate issues needing resolution to the appropriate manager.

Distributors
- Collaborating with warehouse managers regarding upcoming promotional events and maintaining product to allow reps to sustain POG integrity.
- Working with distributor managers to ensure they have the upcoming promotional information and are communicating this to the reps.
- Following up on service issues with distributor management to resolve customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: HS degree required, Associate's Degree - Business, Bachelor's degree Communications, Economics, Business preferred
Experience: 3 years' CPG experience, 3+ years Field Sales Experience, 3+ years Sales experience. Position Requires: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
