The Role
This role will help scale our go-to-market organization to run efficiently and effectively. The go-to-market team is crucial to the success of Wisetack and this role will be instrumental.. This role will provide critical support to a number of core Revenue functions, such as Sales, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships/Business Development (BD), and Marketing. As you become more experienced in the role, you will also get the opportunity to learn more about cross-functional teams by working with them, such as Operations, Analytics, Risk, Design, and Product.
If the org is hitting aggressive growth targets while day-to-day operations run smoothly, we're doing our job correctly. Some examples of core responsibilities of this role include BD process innovation and tracking, implementation and administration of tools, enablement, operational reporting and forecasting, data governance, and internal resource allocation to territories/segments.
We have a lot of the basics in place, but there's so much room to grow. We'll count on you to help identify pain points and opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities

Reporting

Own growth-related reporting and metrics for team leaders and leadership teams.
Help leaders in the organization understand how individuals on the team are doing, as well as how the team is doing overall against high-level company goals.
Campaign-level reporting for specific initiatives, to better understand how these initiatives perform against stated goals.

Forecasting

Provide refined updates on how the teams are tracking against goals, and work with leadership to develop plans to address any potential gaps or problem areas.

Build and maintain a revenue tech stack that powers the go-to-market teams:

Manage the Salesforce instance.
Manage/implement a marketing automation platform.
Manage, evaluate, and potentially implement additional go-to-market tech, like sales automation tools, call recording tools, database tools, etc.

Optimize efficiency and productivity of go-to-market teams. This is a broad set of responsibilities in partnership with team leaders, including potentially:

Email marketing performance
Sales rep activity monitoring
Database management and hygiene

Manage territories, prioritization and planning

Requirements

3-6+ years of sales/marketing operations experience
Deep knowledge of tools in the revenue stack: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform, Lead/Contact Enrichment tools, Sales Enablement, Marketing Automation Platforms
Excel expertise
Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
Strong vendor management skills
Process and detail-oriented, yet comfortable with ambiguity
Open-minded and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured and dynamic startup environment

Bonus points

SQL, Python, ETL, any scripting experience
Experience implementing a marketing automation platform

The range of base salary for the position is between $100,000-$140,000 plus equity, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies.
