The Role:

We are recruiting for a SDR Team Leader to support our Sales Development Executives to join our rapidly expanding sales team and be front and centre of scaling our outbound team. If you are interested in joining a mission driven, entrepreneurial team, this might be the dream job for you…

Job Summary:

Based in our expanding sales development team, this role is a hybrid role where it is part contacting HR and People Leaders to talk about how WorkBuzz can be used to surface the challenges of their deskless employees and the Sales Development Executives to deliver the goals for the team. This role will be working close with the VP of Sales, Sales Manager and Marketing to drive an effective strategy to overachieve our numbers together.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver meetings from your own list of target accounts as well as MQL’s (leads from webinars and information downloads) to support the overall meeting booking goal of the team.

* Identify, engage and qualify leads into sales opportunities and ultimately sales where you will receive a percentage of the year 1 deal.

* Support the team to deliver their daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s numbers and offer coaching and insights to help them deliver these.

* Work with the Account Executive team to ensure that the meetings set by the team are aligned with the ideal customer profile and progress from meeting to opportunity.

* Develop new outreach sequences with the support of marketing to engage our core verticals in the deskless space.

* See the gaps in the teams processes and offer coaching or leverage the wider team to support areas that could be improved.

* Report on a weekly basis the overall numbers delivered with narrative on what actions are being taken to drive bigger and better performance.

* Constantly be connected to the industry and have a view on the trends as well as what our competitors are doing in this space.

About You:

* 2-3 years+ experience running an SDR outbound sales team

* Previously demonstrated individual contributor success with a history of overachieving

* Flexible to contribute and lead the SDR team in a hybrid role

* Data driven mindset with an eye for details and an understanding of the metrics that make an outbound sales team successful.

* As this role is in a fast growing Series A business, we need someone who is great at collaboration and working across different teams.

* It goes without saying, excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a team of high performing Sales Development Representatives.

* Be a great coach with different experience to bring different strategies and tactics to the table.

* Be a team player – willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

* Super organised and to have a constant pulse on how the team is tracking towards their goals.

* Have a growth mindset: we’re growing fast, and you’ll be expected to offer ideas, make a tangible difference and drive your own development.

* Willingness to work 2 days minimum in our Milton Keynes office as part of our hybrid working motion.

* Demonstrate a one-team approach – we win and lose together as a team

Nice To Have (but not deal breakers):

* HubSpot CRM experience advantageous

* Experience in the HRTech ecosystem beneficial

* Sold into HR Directors or a similar profile

* Worked in a SaaS technology business

Salary: 45-50K Basic, OTE 60-70K+
