HEAD OF SALES OPERATIONS - Property Technology/Software Provider

Location: Sevenoaks, TN13

Salary: OTE £140k

Position: Permanent - Full Time

A global property sector software service provider is seeking a high calibre Head of Sales Operations.

The perfect candidate for this position will have experience at Business Management level both operationally and strategically level and an exceptionally detailed knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems. This position will report directly to the Managing Director: and create a clear working vision between the offices: you will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance, growth and development of the business.

Your primary objective will be to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the sales department, ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams, marketing, and other relevant functions. By implementing robust systems, analysing sales data, and providing strategic guidance, you will contribute to the achievement of sales targets and the overall growth of the organisation.

Skills: The skills required for this Head of Sales Operations role will include:

Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Advanced knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimise sales operations.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
