We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to lead our team and drive the growth of our Wright Moving Company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a sales mindset, with a proven track record in home services and business development. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively convert calls into appointments, manage the schedule for the staff, implement process improvements, and manage projects to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

Must be living in Heber area
Must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week
On-site business hours are required.
Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5PM

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound customer calls to convert into appointments.
Manage scheduling of staff and resources to ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis.
Provide warehouse logistic support when needed.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and market presence.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to promote business development.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on business operations and sales.
Strong background in services management, sales strategies, and business development.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and executing process improvements.
Experience in supervising teams with effective leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
