Overview

We are currently in search of a VP of Sales Operations to join our dynamic Sales team. As our VP of Sales Operations, you'll manage end-to-end processes, from RFPs to contracting, and take charge of our sales technology stack for maximum efficiency. Your expertise in data analysis will not only inform decisions but also optimize our CRM and funnel design. You'll lead the charge on sales and marketing efficiency, all while spearheading our incentive compensation strategy. Core Responsibilities:

Support the commercial journey from end-to-end
- Develop, manage, and facilitate RFP, deal desk processes
- Support targeting, lead enrichment, and demand generation activities
- Evaluate and own the implementation and success of the sales technology stack
- Facilitate contracting processes and own iterative updates to key templates
- Inform internal resource alignment via automated reporting
- Support sales-to-CS handoff and all post-sale activities
Oversee all sales, client success, and marketing related data collection and maintenance, in-and-out of the CRM; generate insights and inform decisions across the GTM funnel
- Own the design and configuration of SFDC and lead-to-close funnel design, in partnership with engineering/administrator resources
- Lead the team to ensure that the organization gets the maximum value from SFDC; champion data hygiene and best practices
Align with partners to measure sales and marketing efficiency and inform growth strategy through insightful use of data
Drive incentive compensation strategy and execution
Oversee deal desk activities,
- Handle pricing-related information, plan design changes, and improve pricing strategy.
- Ensure continuous improvement in deal desk operations beyond deal closure, including contract modernization and making necessary changes to contracts.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and keep the Account Management team informed.
Prep and attend quarterly board meetings for the commercial team
Create material for investors to support future capital raises
Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute partner and prospect events (eg. Bi-annual Executive Summit)

Experience/Skill Set:

Significant GTM process-building experience
- Must-have: Experience with early stage startups and 0-to-1 process building
- Nice-to-have: Experience with benefit or healthcare sales
Significant business analytics skills within SFDC; strategic / architecture know-how
- Must-haves:
  - Able to easily build reports and leverage SFDC effectively to answer key business questions
  - Able to use knowledge of end-state goals to inform architecture
- Nice-to-have:
  - Salesforce developer experience (enough to be "dangerous")
Proven Stakeholder Management
Ability to wireframe, build pivot tables, and navigate Excel proficiently. Translate data into graphs and create compelling presentations for leadership.
People Management Experience
