We are conducting a search for a Regional Vice President / General manager for leading provider of organic waste removal, processing, and recycling. This is an entrepreneurial leadership role for a rapidly growing company with an important environmental mission. The position is responsible for Sales and Operations for the West Coast . There is considerable autonomy to define and execute the strategy in the region which includes: WA, ID, OR, CA, NV, WY, MT, CO, UT
You will have full P&L responsibility and report to the COO. You will be leading a team of 20+
This remote role can reside anywhere in the territory however, ideal locations would be WA, ID, OR.

Qualifications Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering/business management or increasing responsible industry experience in the areas of Sale and Operations
15+ years of increasingly responsible experience in environmental services with preference for those with wastewater treatment, biosolids management, industrial food waste removal and recycling.
Prior P&L experience a strong plus.
Successful experience in a best-in-class organization noted for operational excellence, meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals
Experience driving lean manufacturing, process improvement and/or six sigma initiatives is essential
Must live in the territory
