The Vice President of Sales at Zeeba will have a direct impact on how Zeeba generates revenue through various channels and objectives.

What you'll be doing...

Create, implement, and manage the entire sales and customer service verticals
Create, implement, and manage process and procedures for managing B2B business portfolio which includes sales process, customer journey, and overall customer experience
Create, implement, and manage sales metrics and compensation plans to include, but not limited to
Compensation plan design assistance
Quota discussion responsibilities
Sales attainment and ranking
Opportunity and lead audits
Create, implement and conduct sales training
Gather process requirements from Project Management and any other departments who are key to the sales cycle and customize the CRM system to meet those requirements providing a clear view of results from prospecting and sales processes
Train other staff as necessary on the use of CRM and other sales tools
Analyze Sales Performance including, but not limited to:
Sales rep performance
Territory/book/lead assignments
Commission Analysis
Daily metrics & KPIs
Conversion tracking
Close Rate & Pitch Rate
Deal flow / pipeline performance
Attachment rates
Data Hygiene and Integrity
Industry analysis / segmentation modeling
Customer review, modeling and dissection
Audit completed contracts for:
Correct financials and discount percentages to ensure our revenue numbers are maintained with the Finance department.
Any other assigned audits.
Act as sales liaison to other key departments such as Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Operations. Collaborate and build relationships with these groups to develop and implement quarterly plans to drive overall sales performance.
Contribute to the optimal deployment and onboarding of sales personnel. Make recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity. Lead a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment and job models
Provide thought leadership and guidance for Sales Operations and other groups within the Sales organization.
Create, implement, and manage process and procedures for pricing analysis and rate management
Collaborate with finance and operations teams in various capacities
Collaborate with Chief Strategy Officer on company growth initiatives
Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for...

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of leading sales teams, creating/implementing systems/process

Rental car, vehicle sales, re-marketing or other equivalent experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think critically

Must be at least 21 years of age

Valid U.S. issued Driver’s License and clean driving record

Must pass background check
