We are seeking a
Manager of Sales Operations to join our team. This role is crucial for accelerating the growth of the Mark43 platform by supporting and optimizing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation through contract signing. You will lead a remote sales operation team and build/optimize processes across all aspects of lead generation, deal flow, contracting, sales analysis, and sales enablement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and drive Sales Operations at Mark43 to ensure systems and processes are in place to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and communication within the team and company.
- Support global field sales teams with activities related to sales processes, GTBM policies, sales tools, data integrity, dashboards, reporting, process improvements and efficiencies across lead to cash process.
- Support Sales Leadership with forecasting, sales performance metrics, tools adoption and data hygiene. Includes leading and running cadences around forecasting, sales performance management metrics, pipeline reviews, and territory planning.
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales Services, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Product, and Account Management departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and drive global growth.
- Oversee the Salesforce CRM and other sales tools to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Fluent in Excel and Salesforce; Proficiency in Hubspot, sales forecasting tools, PowerBI (or other advanced data analytics) preferred.

- Experience in the public safety market ecosystem preferred.
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
