We’re Hiring for a Revenue Operations Coordinator in Calgary, AB. This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.

LodgeLink is looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to play a critical role in aligning and optimizing LodgeLink's sales, marketing, and customer success processes to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
This position ensures the seamless integration of data, tools, and workflows across departments, enabling informed decision-making. By managing revenue operations initiatives, maintaining accurate performance metrics, and enhancing system efficiencies, the Revenue Operations Coordinator empowers teams to meet and exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy with a knack for processes, systems, and data, in addition to having a strong base of business knowledge. They will have 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience in sales tech stack tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. They will also possess advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting, and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, document processes, and create training and onboarding materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the go-to resource for resolving operational issues and answering questions from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Data Management & Insights: Maintain clean, accurate data across systems and provide actionable insights to drive smarter business decisions.
- Tool Optimization: Configure, enhance, and manage the daily operations of LodgeLink’s sales tech stack, including Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator, ensuring optimal performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance internal processes for greater efficiency.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Data Visualization: Transform complex data into compelling visual stories using data visualization tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, fostering alignment and effective communication.
Qualifications - Experience: 1-3 years in Revenue Operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related analytical role, with a proven track record of working with data and systems.
- Technical Proficiency:
- CRM Systems: Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo or similar.
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is advantageous.
- Marketing Automation: Understanding of marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management principles is beneficial.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of sales and marketing processes, with knowledge of SaaS business models. Awareness of industry trends and best practices is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications from Salesforce or HubSpot are a plus.
- Growth Mindset: Highly coachable, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of Revenue Operations.
