Since launching our flagship Generative AI product, we have blown past our revenue targets quarter over quarter, and are looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations to help us scale our RevOps.
Having just announced our Series C funding, this is a phenomenal opportunity for somebody to come in at a pivotal point to drive our growth in this next step for Blue J.
A Note on Location

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join Blue J and report directly to our Head of Revenue Operations, Mark Giardino. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RevOps professional to play a foundational role in building a best-in-class RevOps engine that integrates and optimizes sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success operations.
As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across the organization. This position is ideal for a seasoned RevOps professional who thrives on variety, is highly analytical, and has a deep understanding of the technology and strategies that power sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Our ideal candidate is a RevOps jack-of-all trades, with expertise and experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, and a range of data orchestration and customer success platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping processes, strategies, and systems that help support an overall mission of operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll be Doing
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Revenue Operations to design and implement scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, providing advanced-level support, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Be comfortable with re-structuring fields, layouts and overall architecture and building and modifying SF flows to facilitate automation and validation rules
- Work with Marketing to help optimize marketing operations using HubSpot, ensuring seamless campaign execution and accurate lead tracking
- Manage and enhance data enrichment, orchestration, and governance to ensure accurate and actionable insights
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key revenue metrics and performance indicators. Work with stakeholders in Sales, CS, and Marketing to nail down full funnel and complete customer journey visibility.
- Work with the Head of RevOps to analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth, and recommend actionable solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align RevOps strategies with broader business objectives
- Assist in implementing and supporting tools and technologies that enhance team productivity and customer engagement
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in RevOps to continually improve Blue J’s operational capabilities
What You Offer Blue J
- You bring at least 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields
- You have a well-rounded and refined knowledge of RevOps concepts, practices, and processes and have hands-on experience working with CS, Marketing, and Sales in a strategic and operational capacity
- You have a strong track record of thriving in fast-paced environments and being able to adapt with changing business needs and priorities
- You have experience in managing, assessing, and consolidating tech stack and you have experience managing vendor relationships
- You are obsessed with continuous improvement and operational efficiency and you are dedicated to data hygiene and governance
- You bring admin-level Salesforce skills, including building workflows, custom objects, reports, and integrations
- You are proficient in and have experience with using HubSpot as a marketing operations tool
- You have experience with data enrichment tools like Apollo and/or ZoomInfo.
- You have experience with data orchestration tools like Cloudingo, Lean Data, Chili Piper, Openprise, and/or Ring Lead
- You have strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and proactive strategies
- You have a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success methodologies, metrics, and strategies
- You are extremely well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate with all levels of the organization
