The
Sr. Director of Sales Operations & Support will lead the Sales Operations and Order Operations teams, ensuring the efficiency and scalability of sales processes from quote creation through order execution. This senior leader will oversee the end-to-end SFDC platform, including pricing and SKU management, sales requirements, and reporting platforms, with a focus on scaling and process improvement. They will manage cross-functional operations to drive growth across hardware, software, and services in a high-growth technology environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage the entire Sales Operations and Order Operations teams, managing SFDC utilization for optimal performance across sales functions
- Lead end-to-end ownership of SFDC processes, ensuring alignment with sales, finance, and operations
- Collaborate with operations to provide demand planning data and forecast insights, supporting both revenue generation and operational alignment
- Direct pricing and SKU management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with revenue and growth objectives
- Establish standardized processes for quote creation, order submission, and reporting, enhancing scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to integrate hardware, software, and services into sales processes, improving support for high-growth demands
- Implement data-driven reporting and analytics to support decision-making and streamline sales operations processes
- Drive continuous improvement in SFDC workflows and reporting platforms, maintaining focus on scalability and automation
- Serve as a key point of contact for FP&A, Product, and IT teams, aligning sales operations with broader company objectives
Role
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with demonstrated expertise in managing order operations and SFDC platforms
- Strong track record of success in high-growth technology companies, particularly in scaling hardware, software, and services operations
- Proven experience in pricing, SKU management, and standardized reporting practices
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration and change
- Advanced knowledge of SFDC design, workflows, and data management for efficient, scalable sales operations
- Proven experience in scaling operations, optimizing processes, and aligning sales operations with strategic revenue goals
Iteris anticipates paying between $180,000 and $220,000 for this role. However, actual pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
