Title: Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Strategy

Description
As a Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Strategy, you will drive the success of the sales organization by refining sales processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and collaborating across departments. This role involves enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to support revenue growth and operational excellence.
Your Impact
Partner with leadership to develop and optimize sales strategies.
Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and industry trends.
Lead the sales planning process, including setting annual targets and quotas.
Collaborate on accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis.
Streamline and optimize sales processes to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain key performance metrics to evaluate and enhance sales performance.
Deliver insights and reports on sales trends and metrics to senior leadership.
Manage and evaluate sales technologies to enhance operational support.
Train sales teams in technology tools and best practices.
Work with finance to design and implement effective sales compensation plans.
Identify and mitigate risks related to sales operations while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in sales operations, strategy, or related leadership roles.
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales intelligence tools, and related technologies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Desired Skills
Experience with fast-paced sales cycles and sales compensation planning.
Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
SaaS startup experience.
Expertise in tools like Salesforce, modern sales stacks, and forecasting platforms.

Pay range: $160k-$175k/year
