AT3 Staffing is exclusive in a search for a Director of Sales Operations in Dayton OH. The Director of Sales Operations is a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the inside customer relations and equipment design teams to ensure high performance and operational efficiency. This role manages critical sales operations functions, including team performance management, sales reporting, CRM oversight, forecasting, and sales efficiency metrics. Additionally, the Director works collaboratively with marketing, operations, engineering, customer service, and dealer partners to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Directly manage the inside customer relations and equipment design teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support.
Set performance goals, monitor progress, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the teams.
Sales Operations and Efficiency:
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes and ensure operational excellence.
Monitor and analyze sales efficiency metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure the alignment of sales operations with organizational goals.
CRM and Technology Management:
Oversee the management, optimization, and adoption of CRM tools to drive sales efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy and leverage CRM insights for forecasting and decision-making.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Create and maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards to monitor performance and trends.
Lead the forecasting process to provide actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify opportunities and risks, recommending actionable strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing to align campaigns and initiatives with sales goals.
Work closely with customer service to enhance customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with dealer partners to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth.
Align with operations and engineering as needed to foster teamwork and wow customers.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales operations and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales operations leadership, with expertise in managing inside sales and/or design teams.
