Job Description: Global Support Contract Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite 3 days/week at Indianapolis hub)
Duration: Contract from 11/25/2024 to 01/31/2025 (Potential for extension, no guarantee for conversion)

Overview of Daily Responsibilities:
The contractor will provide Tier 1 Sales Operations support to Small Medium Account Executives, resolving 15-20+ cases per day from a shared global queue. These cases primarily involve opportunity management and basic quote support. The role includes collaborating with the Global Support Sales Ops team and requires proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for opportunity calculations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Quote-to-Cash support for Account Executives in Small Medium & Commercial business units globally.
- Assist with deal structuring, quote creation/modification, and contract execution, ensuring compliance with revenue and company policies.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Revenue Recognition teams for seamless deal execution.
- Train and mentor less experienced Account Executives and team members.
- Contribute to process improvements and update internal departmental policies.
- Support onboarding of new team members and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Review contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and policy adherence.
- Assist with customer billing investigations and dispute resolution in collaboration with Sales and Collections.
- Challenge outdated policies/procedures and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years in customer order management, sales operations, or sales/customer support roles.
- Experience in contract structuring and commission calculation.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Participation in process improvement initiatives or project management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines, multitask, and maintain accuracy.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to resolve cases effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Initiative-driven with a solution-oriented mindset.
Critical Details:
- This role supports a global team of 43-45 members, with ~19 based in the AMER region (primarily Indianapolis).
- The contractor will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
