The Sales Operations Lead fits in sales enablement part of the business and will support Sales and Account management function globally. This new colleague will play a critical part in strategic delivery of Insights and reporting. In this role you will use your expertise in Power BI to transform data into insightful, actionable dashboards and reports, enabling our business to make informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts and business partners to understand needs, translate these into data solutions and deliver impactful visual insights.
Working in a fast-paced environment requires this individual to balance their time and optimize efficiency when it comes to supporting the Global Consulting Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Project management of all key Analytics initiatives in SPE to help deliver every quarter.
- Develop, design, and maintain power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide key insights and business intelligence across multiple teams.
- Transform raw data into structured, analysable formats and build data models that align with business needs.
- Establish and implement standard methodologies for Power BI reports, ensuring visual clarity, accessibility and consistency.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, trends and patterns to support various business functions and strategy.
- Know the latest on all power BI updates and continuously explore new Power BI features to improve existing reporting tools and processes.
- Create effective communication channel across SPE and provide timely communication to SAM on strategy and roadmap on Analytics.
- Support growth of existing book of business by providing data points that helps making key decisions
- Making sure we always have good understanding of our coverage model and SAM guidelines
- Tracking all key metrics that underpin the effectiveness of sales operations (i.e. Campaign tracking, over usage reporting, Synergy reporting, Migration tracking, etc.)
- Engage with partners across Sales & Account Management to understand operating models then develop and socialize potential data driven solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of Finance, Business or Economics Major or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills which includes effective written and verbal communication
- Self-starter, proactive with a good sense of accountability
- Expert-level knowledge Salesforce, Power BI including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis
- Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL processes and data lakes.
- Solid understanding of standard methodologies ain data visualization and storytelling through dashboards.
