Allstate Insurance – Sales Team Operations Manager

Total compensation is at or above $110,000 if office goals are achieved!
The Ops Team Manager will oversee and lead operations activities.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members for personal and professional development.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on market needs.
Adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Prior insurance sales and management experience required.
· P&C Licenses Required.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven vendor management skills.
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
