PM-International is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Sales Officer (m/f) who is an expert in acquisition, generating leads, and meeting revenue and sales growth targets. You will be overseeing all sales-related activities including assessing, implementing and reporting on sales strategies that will bring in more revenue and grow for our company. You will lead and train the company's sales professionals and external distribution partners at our subsidiaries in North, Mid, and South America. Holding sales presentations for existing business partners, potential prospects and customers as well as carrying out promotions are part of your daily business.
As Chief Sales Officer, you will work closely with our CEO and Founder of the PM-International Group to primarily drive future commercial sales success while meeting strategic goals and financial targets. You will be leading sales and revenue generation in the Americas across all business units and channels, including internal sales staff.
This permanent position is well suited if you are looking to advance your career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and challenging international work environment. You will report directly to the Global CEO and lead our team of Sales Directors across the Americas.
You will be based in our US Headquarter in Florida, United States.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and have a good flair for driving sales growth. You should also have excellent leadership skills, strong business sense and industry expertise. A proven ability to drive sale process from plan to closure is a must.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Acquisition of new team partners, leaders and sales directors/managers.
- Supporting the sales directors/managers in the acquisition of team partners and potential leaders.
- Create and execute sales department strategies to meet all requirements while achieving PM’s revenue and profit goals.
- Lead company sales professionals and external distribution partners (Leaders and Team partners) to achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Train & support new and existing Sales Directors on PM’s network marketing concept; the Compensation Plan, on Teampartner’ trainings, opportunity meetings and recruiting programs.
- Collaborate on design and execution of national and continental convention and take primary leadership for Team Partner training in the network marketing concept of direct selling; on how to set-up and schedule trainings, opportunity meetings and recruiting programs.
- Collaborate closely with ownership to ensure consistent alignment.
- Integrate PM’s marketing and product initiatives to produce optimal commercial
- success.
- Tightly integrate and lead the Customer Experience team with sales.
- Set and report on departmental KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales initiatives, making appropriate changes that encourage achievement of overall sales and business targets.
- Conduct business analyses, performance analyses and competitive analyses
- Conduct regular researches, keeps up with trends and best practices, to give the business a competitive edge
- Traveling to designated regions of the country to conduct recruiting and sales training, including leadership training workshops, during evenings and weekends, when required.
- Work closely with other C-Level Members of the PM-International Group.
- Provide weekly content to PM-International Hot Line and other push communication methods
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a high-level sales position in an international direct selling company;
- Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage;
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills and maintain positive working relationships;
- You have demonstrated a successful record of accomplishing and exceeding goals in managerial positions;
- You have proven and successful experience providing innovative sales development strategies;
- You are capable of passing down clear and concise messages to your staff;
- You can establish and maintain relationships on behalf of the business;
- Being a representative of the business;
- Being able to draw reports and presentations;
- You are capable of conducting standard performance, market, and competitive analyses;
- You are highly passionate and consumer-oriented;
- You also demonstrate superior leadership skills;
- You are an approachable and likable individual who can make strong and meaningful connections with others;
