In 2018, the German subsidiary Hanshow Germany GmbH was founded in the Düsseldorf’s Oberkassel area. To match the rapid growth of our business in Europe, we are actively recruiting for Sales Operations Specialist (d/f/m).
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- According to the standards and requirements of the headquarters, combine with the characteristics of the German region project to sort out and optimize the regional operation work, support the rapid growth of business while ensuring the compliance of business links and risk control
- Handle the end-to end full process of commercial operations in the German region, including contract orders, shipments, invoicing and refunds, etc.
- Complete the monthly and quarterly operation data analysis in conjunction with the sales target issued by the headquarter, and form the operation data report to provide to the management for business judgment and decision making
- Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
- Build local sales operations team capabilities to match business needs
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a finance background
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in strategy or sales operations or sales management related experience, with B2B industry background preferred
- Excellent data analysis skills; able to independently complete data acquisition, data processing, data analysis and output analysis reports
- Familiar with the use of ERP and CRM
- Strong project management skills, strong driving force, able to implement, with cross departmental and cross-organizational communication and coordination experience, able to deal with complex project environment
- Ability to learn continuously, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit
- Excellent command of Chinese, German and English
