Exclusive Business Concierge is an outsource business service firm that provides support to small and mid-sized companies. We streamline accounting procedures with the exact level of day-to-day accounting. We are hiring a Business Operations Specialist. Someone that offers experience in accounting and strategic finance.
This is a perfect position for a recent college grad wanting to start their career and learn all aspects of business operations. While the ideal candidate must have accounting knowledge and experience, you will also handle some other business functions and what you don’t know, we’ll train you. EBC has a solid client list and provides concierge business services, both immediate in nature and on a regular basis. You’re expected to have excellent communication skills and an impressive attention to detail. We’ll rely on you to manage your time and fulfill client obligations while maintaining strong relationships.
The Business Operations Specialist will work full time and will be paid hourly. The comp range is $20-$25 per hour, paid biweekly and the rate offered is dependent upon experience. You will work in onsite in Westlake Village, CA.
Must have requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s preferred (relevant work experience will do)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- 2+ years of QuickBooks
- Proficiency in MS Office (strength in Excel and PowerPoint)
In addition to providing concierge business services to our clients, you’ll be responsible for projects and functions in and around EBC. Tasks will include ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers. You’ll maintain EBC contact lists and submit/reconcile expense reports.
Additionally, you’ll liaise with the executive team to handle requests and projects. On an as needed basis you may update our filing system and/or update office policies and procedures. You may also assist with payroll, bills, processing payments, interim bank reconciliations, account receivables, and following up on outstanding invoices.
