OverviewYou will provide hands-on support to the CEO, assisting with day-to-day operations and helping ensure the smooth execution of company projects and initiatives. In this junior role, you’ll have a front-row seat to the entrepreneurial journey of a fast-growing, innovative startup. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the business while developing a sharp commercial sense, preparing you for a future in leadership and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Execution
- Assist the CEO with managing daily operations, including tracking key tasks and deadlines across departments, and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Help maintain and monitor the company’s operational workflows, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Take responsibility for certain operational tasks, such as organizing meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating schedules.
- Ensure that all documentation and necessary resources are available to support ongoing initiatives.
Commercial & Client Relations
- Support the CEO in preparing for commercial meetings and client-facing engagements by organizing materials, refining presentations, and ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Develop a strong commercial sensitivity by understanding client needs, following up after meetings, and ensuring timely actions are taken.
- Take the lead on post-meeting follow-ups, ensuring the CEO is equipped with all relevant documents, information, and next steps.
- Be proactive in suggesting ways to improve business processes and the customer experience, drawing on your commercial insights.
Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Assist in internal and external communications, ensuring the CEO’s messages are clearly relayed and executed.
- Prepare summaries or updates on projects and initiatives for the CEO and key stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of external meetings or engagements, including preparation and follow-up.
Administrative & Miscellaneous Support
- Manage and organize important documents, files, and records for easy access by the CEO and team.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed, assisting the CEO with administrative needs to ensure a smooth workflow.
