Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Vice President to spearhead the global marketing, sales, and support operations within our Integrated Customer Group. This pivotal leadership position will be instrumental in shaping strategic initiatives, overseeing annual planning, managing daily operations, administering budgets, deriving business insights, optimizing technology, and providing team leadership. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations and engage with key departments to ensure the business’s success and the evolution of our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development and execution of a robust enterprise sales operations strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure seamless integration of the strategy and annual plans across various teams.
Establish best practices for managing the sales pipeline, execution, and partner sales contributions.
Continuously evaluate data and metrics to uncover opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational effectiveness.
Assess and implement technology solutions that boost operational efficiencies and streamline processes.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue operations.
Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement.

Required Skills

Extensive expertise in managing Sales, Marketing & Support Operations, including the formulation of vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
Strong ability to cultivate collaborative relationships across GTM, Finance, HR, IT, and Product teams.
Proven experience in managing global teams and fostering collaboration across diverse time zones.
Insightful thought leadership on industry best practices to elevate the brand's market presence.
Executive presence and comfort in engaging with C-level leaders in high-stakes strategic discussions.

Qualifications

A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience, with a solid track record in the SaaS sector.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation And Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $262,650 — $355,350 USD, with potential variable compensation dependent on performance. Compensation will be influenced by factors such as geographic location, experience, and job-related competencies. Additional bonus and equity opportunities may also be available.
