MISSION:
The Business Operations Manager will support the GM in executing business strategies, optimizing sales and marketing operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across teams. This role includes managing schedules, tracking performance metrics, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to improve business efficiency.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
Sales & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the GM to execute sales and marketing strategies and track progress with regular reporting.
- Monitor KPIs, such as sales targets, conversion rates, and marketing ROI, to gauge performance.
- Oversee CRM tools and provide real-time updates on customer data.
Schedule & Time Management
- Organize and prioritize the GM’s calendar, ensuring meetings and tasks are well-managed.
- Prepare daily/weekly agendas, ensuring proper time allocation and buffer time for urgent matters.
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and confirm meetings, prioritizing discussions around sales, marketing, and operations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture action points, and ensure timely follow-up.
Communication & Reporting
- Serve as a liaison between the GM and departments, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflows.
- Create concise reports summarizing key metrics such as sales data, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized documentation (contracts, proposals, marketing materials) for easy access.
- Address operational issues, customer complaints, or vendor coordination as needed.
Proactive Problem Solving
- Anticipate upcoming needs (e.g., events, bottlenecks) and ensure readiness.
- Implement systems to ensure timely task completion and follow-up.
Personal Assistance
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when needed to support the GM.
REQUIREMENTS:
KEY KNOWLEDGE:

5+ years of experience in business operations management, ideally in sales or marketing.
- Proficient in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented mindset.
