This Isn’t a Sit-in-the-Corner CFO Role. You’ll be in the thick of it—collaborating with creatives, keeping stakeholders happy, and leading financial strategy to ensure we scale the right way. Our ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and big-picture-focused, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment full of fun-loving, brilliant (and sometimes chaotic) minds.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
1. Drive Financial Strategy
○ Develop financial models, forecasting, and budgeting strategies to support fast-paced growth.
○ Set and track KPIs that help us hit profitability and efficiency goals.
○ Lead pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and strategic initiatives with a sharp eye for growth opportunities.
○ Get your hands dirty in the details when needed. We’re scaling, so everyone pitches in!
2. Operational Excellence
○ Collaborate with leadership to streamline operations, ensuring efficiency across departments.
○ Manage cash flow like a maestro—keeping our resources working hard and always accounted for.
○ Be a trusted advisor on big decisions, from new product rollouts to resource allocation.
3. Team Leadership & Culture Building
○ Build and mentor a world-class finance team with strong internal controls.
○ Work closely with all departments, translating numbers into actionable insights that everyone can understand (and sometimes adding humor or a smiley face when the numbers are that good).
○ Foster a collaborative, supportive, and transparent culture—we celebrate wins, laugh together, and have each other’s backs.
4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
○ Interface with clients, vendors, investors, and external partners with grace and professionalism.
○ Manage relationships with auditors and third-party service providers, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.

What You Bring to the Table:
● You’ve got at least 7+ years in financial leadership, preferably in a creative agency or a high-growth company.
● Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CPA is a plus).
● You can zoom out to develop high-level strategies but are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve immediate challenges.
● You’re adaptable, understanding the ebb and flow of a creative business, and know how to keep things on track without stifling innovation.
● You’ve successfully built and led finance teams, establishing strong processes and controls.
● Precision matters, and you’ll monitor everything from forecasting models to compliance measures with a sharp eye.
● You thrive in cross-functional environments and can explain complex financial data to non-financial teams with clarity and creativity.
