What You'll Do
Lead Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute operational strategies that drive scalable growth and efficiency.
Accelerate Revenue & Market Expansion – Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and partnerships with
providers, payers, and health systems.
Optimize Operations – Establish streamlined processes for
product deployment, customer onboarding, and user adoption to ensure seamless scaling.
Advance AI & EHR Integration – Partner with
product and engineering to enhance AI capabilities and ensure smooth EHR interoperability.
Drive Financial Performance – Work with the
CFO to manage budgets, optimize profitability, and implement cost-effective strategies.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Maintain adherence to
HIPAA, HITECH, and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) while upholding security best practices.
Expand Global Reach – Lead international business operations, ensuring successful market entry and expansion strategies.
Foster a High-Performance Culture – Build and lead
top-tier teams, championing a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Requirements:
Who You Are
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health IT.
- Proven track record in scaling health tech companies and driving significant revenue growth.
- Experience in SaaS, AI-driven healthcare solutions, or workflow automation is a big plus.
- Strong operational, financial, and strategic acumen to optimize performance.
- Expertise in healthcare regulations, compliance, and EHR interoperability.
- Strong enterprise partnership experience with providers, payers, and health systems.
- International business management experience, including global market expansion and cross-border operations.
- A dynamic leader and communicator, skilled in change management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
