We are looking for a Global CFO to join an established & growing global company that manufactures protection films & membranes used in the construction industry.
They have a strong presence in the UK & Europe selling a diverse range of products and they are looking to expand into other International territories.
As the CFO you will lead the company’s financial operations worldwide with a strategic and dynamic sales driven approach. You will oversee Financial Planning , Risk Management & Global reporting ensuring sustainable growth and profitability .
The successful candidate will have, ideally, worked in the Construction or Manufacturing sectors.
The individual will have a proven track record in developing & executing business strategies.
Experience in M&A transactions (buy or sell side), private equity portfolios and exit transactions will be beneficial .
Additionally, whilst not essential, it would be preferred if the candidate can demonstrate some broader career experience gained in other , non-financial, business operational leadership roles.
In return the successful candidate will benefit from a basic salary up to £200k ( dependent on experience) , a company bonus, paid holiday +BH, Contributory pension and a company car /car allowance.
